What logistics do you use for shipping?
We use USPS、DHL or UPS for your delivery.
Delivery Time Exceeded:If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@kloowatch.com.we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
When will my order ship?
  • The order processing time usually takes about 1-2 working days.
  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours).
  • Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
How accurate are the health tracking sensors on the smartwatch?
The accuracy of the health tracking sensors on the smartwatch can vary depending on factors such as the quality of the sensors, how the device is worn, and the type of activity being tracked. In general, modern smartwatches use advanced sensors and algorithms to provide reasonably accurate health tracking data. However, it’s essential to understand that these devices may not always be as accurate as medical-grade equipment. For most users, smartwatch health tracking provides valuable insights and trends but may not be suitable for medical diagnosis or monitoring of specific conditions.
Can l cancel my order if l no longer want it?
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Is my phone compatible with your smartwatches?
Our smartwatches are compatible with most smartphones. Please check technical specifications on every product.
Can l change the strape by myself?
Yes, the Strapes are removable and changeable.
What Smart Watch can do?
Smart Watch can analyze, measure and track your blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen(SpO2), steps, pace count, time spent, calories burned, hours slept and awake time. It also comes with useful tools to improve your everyday life.
Why my watch doesn't charge successfully?
Please make sure your charger is 5V/1A. If the current is too high, the watch would into the automatic protection of the state
Please confirm that the charging cable is well attached to the charging position on the back cover of your watch.
Why doesn't my watch start?
The watch needs to be connected to the charger for the first use. If your watch battery runs out, you need to charge it for a while before trying to activate your watch. Try to activate your watch by pressing the area below the screen for a long time.
Why Fitness Tracker/Smartwatch Always Can not Connect With My Phone?
  • Please confirm the fitness tracker/smartwatch do not pair with other phones.
  • Make sure that your phone’s Bluetooth not used by other’s devices such as earphones.
  • Please follow those steps:
    Download the application (app) from the app store or Google.
  • Go to the app(Not via the Bluetooth page directly)=>click to connect device=>device.
  • Then the smart band starts to record your activities.
How To Change The Time And Date?
Once the device is successfully connected to the phone, the time will be synchronized. So if you want to change the device’s time and date, you need to change the phone’s time first, then restart the fitness tracker/smartwatch and reconnect it with your phone. Once fitness tracker paired with phone again, the time on the bracelet will be auto synchronized with phone’s.
